Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me and my mission. First and foremost, I believe that establishing a connection of respect, trust, and confidence between clients and their healthcare providers is essential. It is my hope that after reading this, you feel comfortable with me not only as a massage therapist but also as a person.
Ultimately, my mission is to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness through the healing power of massage therapy and holistic health practices. I believe that regular massage can significantly improve overall well-being
and enhance the quality of life.
Over the past six years, I have been working as a massage therapist, providing services including Swedish, deep tissue & trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, reflexology, and more. I'm also a registered yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance with over 10 years of experience, a certified stretch coach and I recently graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Psychology from Keuka College. To broaden my reach as a holistic healthcare provider, I'm currently pursuing a certification in Ayurvedic Health Counseling from the Kripalu Center of
Yoga & Health, as well as a Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from the Northeast College of Health Sciences.
On a more personal note, aside from my massage practice and passion for holistic therapies, I have a love for organic farming, homesteading and animals. When I'm not in my office, I can usually be found either in the garden or spending time with my dogs, cats, and chickens.
